Terms and Conditions

1). The Members and Officers of SCCF are working on voluntary basis and no payment is given to them. Membership is non-transferable and once the payment is made, it is non-refundable.

2). Any kind of misbehaviour / misconduct mat result in rejection of membership.

3). SCCF will not be responsible for any misuse of ID Card issued to the members during the course of their membership with SCCF.

4). On expiry the ID Cards / Certificate must be submitted to the Head office within 30 days. After expiry renewal is a must for regular membership.

5). In case of change of address / mobile no Member should inform the same to the National Admin office.

6). In case of loss the identity Card, inform the Head Office in writing along with the F.I.R. immediately.

7). All SCCF members should contact their respective Area / Dist. / State & National units’ office once in a month.

8). Strict action will be taken against the Member, if found guilty floating the rules and regulation of SCCF.

9). If you have any doubt, question or problem, please contact SCCF Admin office. All right reserved to SCCF.

10). All disputers subject to jurisdiction of Dhule, MH only.

11). I do not have any criminal background & do not have any criminal FIR/Case lodged/pending against me.

12). SCCF will not be responsible for any/such illegal/Wrong/immoral act for omission done by me.

13). Whenever required I will present my Identity Card / Certificate & I will never misuse my membership.

14). I have read & understood the Terms & Conditions and undertake to comply with them.

15). In case the above submitted information is found incorrect / false, I will be subject to the Law of the land and the Chairman / Director reserve the right to cancel the membership without assigning any reason.

16). The Chairman / Director of SCCF Forum reserve the right to reject any membership form without assigning any reason.

17). The Chairman / Director of SCCF may terminate/cancel / suspend the membership without any prior intimation/information/reason.
